Helen L. Ketrick

Helen Ketrick, 90, of Harrisburg passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at Frey Village, Middletown, surrounded by her loving family.  Helen was born on July 18, 1925, in Saint Clair, Schuylkill Co., PA.  She was a daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Stephanoski) Lutzkanin.  She was a member of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church.  Helen enjoyed making ceramics, sewing, baking and cooking.  She had retired from the Progress Grill of Harrisburg after 30 years serving as a cook.  Helen was devoted to her family and friends and loved them all dearly.  Helen was the widow of Joseph J. Ketrick, Sr., who passed in 2006.

Surviving are her children, a son Joseph, Jr., and his wife, Lisa A. Ketrick; a daughter, Kerriann M. Bettinger; a grandson, Kamron J. Bettinger; a brother, Andrew Lutzkanin; two sisters, Martha Toback and Theresa Rinaldo; and many nieces and nephews.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 16, 2015, at 12:00 Noon at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church.  Viewings will be held on Thursday, October 15, from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. at the Dailey Funeral Home and from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon on Friday at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Catholic Church, 2848 Herr Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103.
