Rosetta Patti

Rosetta Patti, 87, of Harrisburg passed away peacefully on September 4, 2015 at Spring Creek Nursing Home, Harrisburg PA.

She was born on January 1, 1928 in Villa San Giovanni, Reggio Calabria, Italy, and was the daughter to the late Natale and Maria Lofaro Postorino.

Rosetta was a retired seamstress with Bon-Ton Department Store, and was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Church.

She was the step mother to 10 children, the late Paolo Patti (the late Josephine), Giuseppina Panuccio (the late Gaetano), Domenica Formica (the late Rocco), Filippa Esiliato (Vittorio) from Switzerland, Giovanna Marra (the late Toto) from Italy, Angelina Traino (John W.), Giulia Tuzzato (Domenico), Vincenzo Patti (Kathleen), Amelia DiAiuto (the late Emidio), and Irene Stains (Rick); 28 step grandchildren, 68 step great grandchildren, and 3 step great great grandchildren.

She is also survived by two nephews – both from Sicily, Antonio Postorino (Sarah) and their 2 sons; and Leno Postorino (Maria) and their son.

Viewings will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 from 6-8 PM at the Dailey Funeral Home, Harrisburg; and from 10-11 AM on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at St. Catherine LaboureChurch.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11AM.

Entombment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
