Kay L. Keister 60, of Harrisburg passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her home. Kay was born on February 3, 1961 in Harrisburg and was a daughter to the late Carl R. Snow and Ruth L (Hummel) Snow. She was marred to her high school sweetheart Dale Q. Keister for 39 years. Kay’s family was the joy of her life. She had worked for Pinacle Health in patient registration. Surviving are her loving husband, Dale Q. Keister, 3 daughters, Tiffanie M. and her husband Robert L. Miller, Danielle N. and her husband, Dexter B. Barley, Melissa R. and her husband SGT. Ryan A. Bast, a sister, Barbara S. Snow and her companion, Gene Mehaffie, 6 grandchildren, Madilyn A. Miller, Nolan J. Miller, Andrew D. Bast, Landon W. Bast, Adalyn L. Bartley, and Brielyn F. Bartley. In addition to her parents Kay is preceded in death by, 2 sister Berthann Gilbethorp, Debra Dell, and a brother, Carl R. Snow Jr.

Funeral Services will be private
