John (Jack) W. Hefflefinger 85 of New Cumberland, PA died May 1, 2025 in his home. He is survived by twin daughters Monica Wenrich of Harrisburg and Maria Wissler of Harrisburg, stepdaughter Andrea Rahn and her husband Robert Rahn of Delaware, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his spouse Patricia B. Intrieri, parents Robert W. (Lefty) Hefflefinger and Laura M. (Connor) Hefflefinger, one brother and three sisters. He was born August 14, 1939 in Harrisburg Hospital and was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School class of 1957. John served in the US Air Force from November 1957 thru November 1961 in the Security Service as a Radio Teletype Interpreter Operator stationed in England. John worked many years for the Federal government and TRW. He was an avid golfer, bowler and played Little League in his younger years. His legacy was his love of the king of sports - horse racing and watching sports activities on TV. He was affiliated with the Christ Lutheran Church in Harrisburg. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. May you always have love to share, wealth to spare and friends that care.
