Matthew David Weyandt, 38, of Harrisburg passed away on July 16 surrounded by family and friends. Born October 26, 1986 in Harrisburg, Pa, son of JoAnn Spagnolo Fessler and the late David Weyandt.

Surviving are his 3 sons Jaxon, Luca, Lavino and his daughter, Rosalia. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lindsay Michelle and his father, David.

He was a Member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 730 and a member of the Progress Fire Company Home Association.He was formerly employed at Faulkner Subaru and Shreveco Building and Remodeling.

Matt was funny, outgoing and the most strong willed guy you would ever meet. He loved to go out with friends, shoot pool and play darts. He loved cooking, building fires with the kids and the biggest fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers. But above everything else he loved his children and his Mom with all his heart.

There will be a celebration of his life at American Legion Post 730, 3813 Walnut St, Harrisburg on Sunday, August 17th from 1 to 3 pm. Please join us as we remember Matt with laughter and stories.
