Carolyn L. Hines, 82 of, Harrisburg passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Hospital of Lebanon. Carolyn was born on August 13, 1943 in Camden, New Jersey and was a daughter to Lucille Hines and William Reed Jr.

Carolyn was a lifetime member of Beloved St John Evangelistic Church of Philadelphia. Carolyn enjoyed traveling, knitting, and reading her bible daily.

Surviving are daughters, Yvonne Cottle, Lorraine Cottle, sons, Richard B. Cottle and his wife Sharea L. Cottle, Anthony Cottle and his wife Shirla, 25 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a host nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parent Carolyn is preceded in death by a son Earl Hines and a daughter Lois Hines.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 from 1 to 2:00pm, at the Dailey Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
