Obituary of Annabelle Schnacky

Annabelle Schnacky, 91, of Harrisburg, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at her residence. Born on January 5, 1924 in Lackawanna, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Sophia Antonou. Her husband, John Francis Schnacky, preceded her in death on October 2, 1987. Mrs. Schnacky was employed for many years as a Registered Nurse and retired in the early 1980's. She was a member of St. Patrick Cathedral Parish in Harrisburg and the Geisinger Silver Slippers Dancers. Annabelle enjoyed going to the library and strolling through Italian Lake Park. She is survived by her son, Gregory A. Schnacky of Harrisburg; one brother, Frank Antonou of West Palm Beach, FL; one sister, Frances Renz of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 23, 2015, beginning at 10 AM at St. Patrick Cathedral, 212 State Street, Harrisburg.
