Obituary of MaryAnn Pantano

MaryAnn Pantano, 50, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday May 14th, 2014 at the Harrisburg Hospital. MaryAnn was born June 8th, 1963 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, daughter of Salvatore and the late MaryAnn Pantano. She graduated from Central Dauphin East High School and The Academy of Medical Arts and Business. MaryAnn had several jobs in the medical field before taking a position at Susquehanna Surgeons for 5 years. After retirement, she spent her last years as a homemaker where she cared for her two daughters. One of MaryAnn's favorite places was to be tanning beachside listening to her favorite reggae music. She is survived by her husband Sidney Ruth; daughters Giahna, Mikayla and Jessica; son Brandon; father Salvatore Pantano; brothers Joseph and Sal Pantano; sisters Mickey Pantano and Louise Ricci. Viewings will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2014 from 6-8PM and on Monday, May 19, 2014 from 12:30PM-1:30PM at the Dailey Funeral Home, Penbrook. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 2PM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
