Obituary of Michael J. Borasik
Michael Joseph Birosak of Enola, PA, formerly of Exeter, PA passed away on Monday, August 29, 2011 at home with his family at his side.
A graduate of Plains Memorial High School, Michael served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. After his military service, Michael had a career in sales ending at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. He was an accomplished handyman, served as a school board president of Wyoming Area School District, and was a great influence on many young adults through coaching mini-football and off-season conditioning for the sport.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael and mother, Eva. He is survived by his wife, Mary Louise (Milewski) Birosak; sons, Michael and wife, Elisabeth of Enola, PA, and Bryan and wife, Tracy of Superior, CO; 4 grandchildren, Michael, Kara, Jacob, and Jonathan; sister, LaVerne and husband, Henry Kuryloski of Nanticoke, PA; and a niece, Karen Traver of Tunacannok, PA.
Michael was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Enola PA.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 9-10AM in his church.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM
Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Wyoming PA.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Heartland Hospice 1200 Walnut Bottom Rd Carlisle PA 17013.
