Susan M. Ortiz 68 of Hummelstown passed away peacefully at the Harrisburg Hospital on Friday, December 8, 2017. Susan was born on July 14, 1949 in Carlisle PA., she was a daughter to the late Gilbert M. and Clara M. (Saltsburg) Clouse. Susan was retired from the Commonwealth of PA., as an administrative assistant. She was a member of Seven Sorrows of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church of Middletown, PA. Susan was the widow of Harry L. Ortiz (2017) Surviving are a niece Pamala L. and her husband Thomas C. Welshans, nieces, Tammy and Danielle, a Great niece Clara Welshans and a great nephew Odin Welshans, stepdaughters, Elizabeth and husband Sherman Bell, Rebecca and husband Robert Parthemore, step grandchildren, Alivia Bell, Robby Parthemore, Viewings will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 6 to 8 PM. at the Dailey Funeral Home. and on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 9 to 10 am. at Seven Sorrows Of The Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
