Ruth G. Jackson 75, of Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at UPMC Harrisburg Campus. She was born in Harrisburg to the late Geneva Mitchell and Leon Mitchell. Ruth was educated in the Harrisburg City School District. She enjoyed spending time with friends, family and watching movies. She was a devoted Aunt, who cared for her nieces and nephews even raising some of them. She was preceded in death by her late husband Sinclair Jackson. Ruth is survived by her devoted sister Barbara Mitchell from Harrisburg, Sharon Johnson of Buffalo, New York. Brothers Este Thomas of Jacksonville Florida and Wyatt Daye of Harrisburg, Pa as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Ruth’s private services will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. DAILEY
