Barbara L. Spink, 70, passed peacefully with her family by her side on February 23, 2021. She was born on March, 19, 1950 to Wesley Hendershot and Lois Mae (Karber) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Barbara enjoyed her weekends with family, particularly her grandchildren, and Penn State games at her sister’s home. She was also an avid reader and frequented Roots Country Market and Auction. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, as well as her two brothers, Scott Hendershot and Wes Hendershot. She is survived by her sons Robert Reed, Scott Spink, brothers David Hendershot and George Hendershot, sisters Joan Miller and Ann Troup, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
