Frank (Junie) Banks Jr., 68, passed on April 26, 2021. He was born on April 30, 1952 to Frank F. Banks Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Greene) Banks in Richmond, Virginia. Frank loved his friends and will forever be remembered by them. He thoroughly enjoyed perusing flea markets. Frank is preceded in death by his parents as well as two brothers, Floyd Banks and Fred Banks. He is survived by his loving wife Vicki L. Banks, stepson David Boyer, sisters Molly Halty, Lucy Banks-Hudson, Gertrude Suluki, and Carrie Galvin, brothers John Banks, Matthew Banks, and Barrington Green. Services and burial will be at East Harrisburg Cemetery on May 5, 2021 at 11:00am.
