Marie Shaundell Taylor-McDowell, 58, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away on May 9, 2021. Marie was predeceased by her husband Ricky D. McDowell, her mother Ann L. Alston-Taylor, and her sister Lauren Taylor. She is survived by her father Henry W. Taylor, son James T. McDowell, brother Charles Taylor, sister Beverly A. Taylor-West, nieces and nephews Amanda Taylor, Shayla Taylor and Brandy Taylor, Raven Taylor and Steven Taylor as well as a host of great nieces and nephews. Marie was born February 19, 1963 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to parents Henry W. Taylor and Ann L. Alston-Taylor. She is predeceased by her husband Ricky D. McDowell and her sister Lauren Taylor. Marie loved television and music and the combination of the two in the form of music videos. She was loved by and will be greatly missed by her family. Services for Marie will be on May 20, 2021 at 11am, the visitation will be at 10am at the Gilbert Dailey Funeral Home. Friends and family will be received at 2008 Bellevue Road, Harrisburg, PA after the service.
