Obituary of Pauline M. Bronson

Pauline Mary (Barbush) Bronson 89; of Swatara Twp., passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Pauline was born on June 29, 1932 in Steelton, PA. She was a daughter of the late Salvatore Barbuscio and Marianna (D’Agostino) Barbuscio. She met and married the love of her life Donald J. Bronson Sr. who preceded her in death in February of 2021. In addition to her husband Pauline is preceded in death by a sister, Adeline Sinkovitz, brothers, Joseph, Tony, and Albert Barbush. She was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church. Surviving are daughters; Susan M. Allen and husband John, Deanne M. Bronson and Eric Lewis, a son, Donald J. Bronson Jr. and wife Petrine, a brother, Samuel Barbush and wife Judy, a sister, Mary Minnaugh, grandchildren, Samuel L., Sarah M. Watson, Mariesa P. Lewis and great grandson Ozzy L. Kline. Our mother was a quiet gentle person. She had a very good life with our father and he thought the world of her. Being married to a military man she got to travel and see places, Germany being one of her favorites. She was a housewife all her life and a wonderful homemaker; always providing delicious meals plus a very clean home. She loved to cook and bake and was the best. Until her death she still continued to make homemade bread, sauce, and pasta. We will definitely miss her cooking. Our mother had many friends thru her lifetime and she loved her Italian family very much. She loved and cared for her children, grandchildren and adored her baby great-grandson. She liked to play Bingo with friends and cards with her sister Dell. We will miss her very much, we were blessed that God gave us our Beautiful mother. A viewing will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA. In lieu of flower donations may be made in her memory to her church at 4000 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
