Athanasia T. Lingas, 92, passed peacefully with her family by her side on November 15, 2022. She was born on April 7, 1930, to Tom Mallios and Athena Alpogianis in Greece. Athanasia will forever be remembered for her kind heart, loving everybody in her neighborhood. She also enjoyed going to Starbucks with her children and savored their lemon pound cake.

Athanasia is preceded in death by her loving husband James C. Lingas, her parents, her brother John Mallios, sisters Kathy Ntznis and Spyridoula J. Brellos, and her granddaughter Angel Seifert. She is survived by her son Chris J. Lingas, daughters Mary J. Lingas and Athena J. Lingas, partner Marino, brother Jim Mallios, sister Tessie Kalathas, granddaughter Maria McCartney, husband David, and great grandchildren Alex McCartney and Robert.

A viewing will be at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 9:00AM with a service to follow at 10:00AM. Burial will be directly after at East Harrisburg Cemetery.
