Ethel M. “Nanny” Swisher 93, of Hummelstown passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Brookdale of Harrisburg. She was born on September 20, 1929 in Mount Carmel, PA.; and was a daughter to the late Albert and Margaret (Carmitchel) Hornberger. She was the widow of David B. “Pappy” Swisher Jr. (2020)
Nanny was dedicated to her family. She enjoy going to events of her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, reading, and flower gardening.
Surviving are her daughter, Jody A. Smith, grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Aaron and great grandson, Kash.
Graveside services will be held on October 13th 2023 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 1:00 P.M.
