Albert D'Agostino Obituary

Albert D’Agostino age 90; passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at the UPMC West Shore Hospital. Albert was born on November 30, 1934 in San Fili Cosenza Italy and was a son to the late Carmine and Divina (Caputo) D’Agostino.

Albert met and married the love of his life Frances (Perri) D’Agostino and together they spent 68 years of their lives building a life together.


Albert was a respected barber in the West Shore Health Club and received best barber in Cumberland County during his career. He is a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church of Mechanicsburg. He loved working out in his yard tending to his property.


Surviving are his wife of 68 years, Frances D’Agostino, sons, Carman J. D’Agostino, Albert D. D’Agostino and his wife Lori L., a daughter, Divina Mary Rose Shuman and her husband Jeffrey D., Grandchildren, Albert M. D’Agostino and his wife Amber, Christina M. Barr and husband Thomas, Joseph P. D’Agostino and his wife Lora, David J. D’Agostino his wife Orla, Andrew D’Agostino and his wife Carolan, Frances R. Dambro and her husband Anthony, Carly T. Shuman. Great Grand Grandchildren, Anthony B., Stella R., Leo E., Adriana R. Dambro, Albert W., Vincent M., Luke A., Clare E., John D. D’Agostino, Dominic M., Rose P., and Rita C. Barr, brother’s, Gaetano and Mario D’Agostino and a sister, Silvana O’Brock.


Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 30, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM.; until time of Mass. Burial will follow in the Mechanicsburg Cemetery.
