Obituary of Elsie S. Bobitz

Elsie S. Bobitz, 82, of Harrisburg passed away passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by her loving family on October 7, 2014 at her home. Born in Harrisburg she was the daughter to the late George and Elsie Beam. She worked as a legal secretary for Robert Knupp, Sr., PA Utility Commission, and the Mid-Atlantic Newspaper. She was a member of Devonshire Church, and she enjoyed crossword puzzles, fishing, and going to the casino. Surviving is her husband, Francis Bobitz; 2 daughters, Eloise Miller and Gloria Leeper; a brother, Eugene Beam, and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Devonshire Church 5630 Devonshire Rd. Harrisburg PA 17112 from 6PM-7PM. Services will begin at 7PM.
