Frank and I worked together for many years back in the 80's & 90's, Frank was my team at the Navy Supply Depot and he was very knowledgeable with the Navy Supply System, his work, and life.
I do hope during Frank's retirement years he was able to enjoy much time with his wife and grandchildren (who he was always talking about).
I do hope you rest in peace Frank with the Good Lord Above.
A side bar: Our office at work had a radio intercom which played music through out the day and whenever the thyme from the Godfather played and Frank was sitting at his desk all of us would stand-up in respect to Frank.
